If there is something which every women needs to remain warm and stylish in the fall, it’s none other than a ‘Blazer’. It is a staple piece which has never gone out of trend. There are so many blazers in the market, which one to pick? Is it really easy to style them? These are the basic questions which most of the time people have.
Simple mantra to buy a perfect blazer is to get the one which suits your personality and fits well. You may get fascinated by a boyfriend blazer but it may not be perfect for your silhouette. So don’t buy ! Blazers will remain for a very long time with you so selecting them intelligently is the key. Fashion goes and come back but if you know how to style, you will be able to carry well even your oldest blazer.
The major challenge of wearing a blazer is how to keep it looking feminine. So selecting right one for your body type makes it easier and quick to style. If you know few basic tricks of wearing blazer, you can style them without any personal stylist or trainer.
There are a lot of ways to wear blazer. Here are few quick trials I did on my blog to style them.
1. Vintage formal -This style is just perfect for a formal wear. It can be easily paired up with A-line skirt and a formal basic top. You can add a bit of statement by wearing a pair of great heels and by picking a vintage look-alike hand bag. I would not recommend this for interviews but yes they are great for your daily office formal outfit. Detail post here
2. Casual – This style goes well, if you choose a logo based tee and pair it up with boyfriend jeans. Keeping it minimal is the best technique. Just add a colorful tote bag and a bright heels. This is the best and easy to style on the go. Go for shopping or day out it will make you look great and stylish. Detail post here
3. Chic Casual – Blazer can turn up any simple outfit to chic. And, if you try sober colors like mint and coral with a matching ballet flats, it’s an ultimate chic look. You can add some metallic chunky bangles and a simple clutch to add the fun factor. Detail post here
4. Evening – Pick a bright blazer and pair it up with a trouser or a fitted denim jean pants. Wear a statement bracelet and a matching heels. Add a fluorescent clutch to it and a basic tee to convert it to evening look. Detail post here
Blazers are just perfect for your office and daily look, so having at least one blazer is a must in your wardrobe. They will make you look professional and trendy. So get the one which suits your pocket and your style.
Dressing up is like therapy. I feel better in myself when I’ve made an effort – Paloma Faith.
Can’t agree more to this quote. I have realized that dressing-up totally uplifts your spirit and you feel rejuvenated. Today on the blog, I have taken-up a very casual and easy going outfit. As you all know that I am very fond of blazers (check here and here) and they occupy major space in my wardrobe. So here I am back with another nice find Boy Friend Blazer Without Button. This is such a cute blazer and gives amazing casual-yet-chic look. I personally love black color since it usually goes with all kind of tees and at times can be used in formal dressing too. It comes with two pockets – front on left and one on right, having beautiful turn-up sleeves, cute and casual design. The fabric used is Terylene. For me, it is one of the most rewarding pick from Persunmall.
Inside blazer, I am wearing Crew Neck Plaid Loose Top which has a tee look from front and shirt look from back. I am carrying a Street Snap Tote Bag which is totally awesome and spacious. They both are from DressLink. This is for the first time, I tried a bun on my hair which was super easy to make and ultra comfortable.

Hope you all have a wonderful week and thank you so much dear friends for taking time out to read this post.
I had a really hectic weekend with not much time to relax. I am really looking forward for my vacation which will probably be in Vegas with my husband. Let’s see when I actually go there but it is going to be my dream vacation.
Coming to my weekend #whatiwore outfit, I choose CORAL power.
I bought this cotton coral jacket this summer and I just love wearing it. I paired it up with simple white and gray striped t-shirt and matching coral ballerina. Boyfriend jeans added required contrast to the complete outfit.
Hope you enjoy this style.

Although I am not feeling very well but still I pleaded to go-out, just to refresh my mood. DKD took me to Brickworks Forest which has amazingly beautiful heart-throb scene to capture.
I have realised that ‘Red’ is coming out to be my favourite colour and most of the time I find something of red in my styles.
This sunglass is one my newest purchase from Gucci and it has wonderful curves at the corner.
